Dustin Moffat is a dedicated, safety-focused professional who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of power distribution line systems. His expertise encompasses underground earthworks and septic/sewer infrastructure, making him a versatile asset in both utility and civil engineering projects.

A certified Journeyman Powerline Technician with an Interprovincial Red Seal, Dustin is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to operating safely in all environments. He is a collaborative team player who works effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Dustin is also a graduate of the Project Management program at NAIT, where he developed a strong foundation in process implementation and management. He plays a key role in embedding structured, safety-driven procedures into Tonka Contracting’s daily operations, reinforcing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Alberta Onsite Wastewater Management Association Member

The Alberta Onsite Wastewater Management Association (AOWMA) is the provincial not-for profit organization established to educate, train and certify industry professionals. The association engages its member installers, septage haulers, suppliers, municipalities and provincial government departments to arrive at sound practices that strengthen the industry, and ensure safe and effective septage management for all rural Alberta.
